They told us they were just waiting for one extra passenger, turns out they were not planning on going at all that day, told us 4 days before the leaving date (we booked months ago). I don't understand why they wouldn't communicate with us in an earlier stage. They offered us no other options and just left it at that. Thought this was a reliable partner after all the reviews, shame..

We book our trip in a last minute only. We were lucky , they had still availability and it was very nice experience. They came to pick us up to our hotel , driver was very nice and polite. The ride took about 5 hours total , with 2 stops for a meal and refreshments. Over all Great experience , no overcrowded van , we were 8 people. Highly recommended , definitely would take them again if I need to travel from PP to El Nido. They were very professional and on time . Well done Daytripper :)

We booked a private van transfer from Puerto princesa airport to el Nido town. Unfortunately our flight has been delayed few times and we've ended up being late for 6 hours, but our driver waited for us and we got to el Nido very quickly. I'd recommend a private transfer from Puerto princesa if you fly from Manila as flights are very often delayed there.

Great trip to El Nido. Our Driver Alex was a safe driver and we arrived even before the time that was advertised. Two stop along the trip. First stop to eat lunch with enough time to enjoy good food for good price. The second stop 5/10mn for a toilet break. Would book with them again definitely.

We took the chartered pp-el nido trip and back after few days. Communications with the customer service is very good. Flexible with time and no problem changing schedule a day before. Professional drivers.

At the beginning I was little worried that there wont be not enough people at the day when we needed to go to Puerto Princesa. Three days before departure we got a message that there is enough people so we can make the payment for our seats. Day before our departure we got detailed info about our Trip. Our driver showed up at 8:30 exactly what email said and we departed right on time at 9am. Surprisingly 4 people didnt showed up so we had the whole van to ourselves. On the way we stopped in decent place to eat and in less than 5 hours our driver dropped us in our hotel. Great and professional service. Highly recommend.

Such a better van more leg room n space inside and even stopped at a far nicer food toilet stop than other vans do ! Would highly recommend. My boyfriend fell sick on the journey and the driver was really kind
