My wife and I booked a trip in El Nido for our honeymoon! (Highly recommend going to El Nido) We had scopes out things to do and decided to do island hopping (Also highly recommend) We had booked for two days of doing this but had decided to cancel the second day as we were tired. We talked with Lovelyn Travel and Tours who is a partner of Corazon Traveling Tours and they said this would be fine and we could get a refund as this agency and the boat had not been booked/paid yet. However, the Corazon Traveling Tours agent called us later 9:00pm (10 hours after we were told the cancellation was accepted by Lovelyn Travel and Tours) and we were told they could not refund us anything. Not the memory we want to or want anyone else to take from the Philippines or El Nido as both people and places have been wonderful and beautiful and we will most definitely come back. However, since we have been trying to contact Corazon Traveling Tours all day to rectify this negative feeing, we will not be doing business through them nor do we recommend conducting business with them to any of our friends, family, or fellow travelers. They are very difficult to get a hold of, they have neglected to call us back, and they waited a very long time to contact us with the initial contact. Therefore, we will be finding a different agency on future ventures.

We did the Island hopping tour, the first day island is a huge disappointment after travelling to El Nido & Coron however the Snorkle & Cowrie Island are worth the trip. I feel the tour is over priced as you only travel a short way on the boat & visit 2 island. Guide Jed is great.

I can't recommend Corazon Travel's art and history guide, Pablo, highly enough. He accompanied my 17yo daughter and I to the Palacio Real as well as the Prado and Reina Sofia. But this was no dry dissertation of historical fact or art theory! Pablo regaled us with endless stories about kings, queens and commoners, architecture, customs and food, not to mention who did what to whom in Spain over the past 4 centuries. Despite our 40 yr age difference, we were both highly engaged - peppering Pablo with questions, which then led to another story, and then another..... Well worth the investment.

This is my first time visiting Palawan and looking for transport and tours. It seems like my research turns up several agencies and correspondence with them doesn't answer all my questions, ie transport from airport to El Nido and back, tours, and time. Researching further, some just provide transport and not tours and vice versa; and then came the not so good reviews. Finally came across Corazon Travel & Tours and they pretty much answered my questions many times and would arrange both transport and tours. Also found out they have a physical location in Puerto Princesa while the others have addresses out of no where (Google map it). Decided to go with them but payment request was via wire! Not only was it inconvenient for me to go to the bank but I would not have a good recourse should anything go wrong. I asked for an alternative payment option and was given Paypal. Confirmed my itinerary and made the payment. The local rep Ms. Charm reconfirmed my itinerary and all was set. She personally came to greet us at the airport with a printed name sign unlike some other agencies with hand written signs. We went on our trip with frequent important communication with her, ie cancelled tour in El Nido due to weather and suggested a substitute tour for my approval, how the tour went, and change of time for early pick up in PP to make sure we had enough time to catch our flight after the tour, and which she came personally as well. Overall, Ms. Charm made my trip stress free by arranging with all the different local tours and making sure all my transport are there to pick us up. Van ride itself was not too bad unlike flying economy on United! Yes, I would use them again should I revisit Palawan.
