They are not reliable. They cancelled my flight several days before departure for "aircraft maintenance." If they have several days notice why can't they charter a replacement airplane to cover flights? Does it really take several days to do aircraft maintenance? Shouldn't maintenance be scheduled around booked flights like every other airline in the world does? The worst part is that they then refused to issue me a refund for the flight unless I signed a paper waiving all of my legal rights (including compensation rights) for the cancelled flight. I'm not going to sign away my rights. It is wrong for them to hold my refund hostage and require this. I have emailed them several times over the last few days trying to get a refund and they have refused every time saying that I need to sign that paper waiving all legal rights regarding the flight first. They are unreliable and very unprofessional in their handling of cancelled flights. I understand issues happen, but when they do they need to be handled responsibly, holding refunds hostage and demanding people sign away legal rights is not responsible.

I wanted to share a detailed explanation of my experience with this airline, but unlike Air Juan, I value your time. So here’s a summary: Unreliable. Cancels last minute with sometimes no notification. No sympathy and does not see the value of the time and effort of their customers — they believe that the only thing they owe is the overpriced fare they charged and not the inconvenience in any way.
Before 1 hour my flight canceled And it passed 6month I send 10 email but they dont refund Every time they said “checking”
Airport at Puerto galera. Beautiful place. There is a restaurant offering food and drinks, toilets and a church (if you are afraid to fly the seaplane:) staff is nice. The have pet turtles. We paid PHP 250.- From White beach to airport whit a tricicle.
Please never use this air line. They cancelled my flight an 3 hours after the flight time and i have never received the refund promised. Now my email just get ignored.
