I called from your customer service hotline,the agent says it's open today. Thinking it's holiday so I checked through online,yes it says OPEN NOW so I went to your branch in Liloan but CLOSED. Such a waste of time. Next time please be specific on the info you've given.

Some of your couriers are lazy. They don't even find ways to locate the given address that they've given. The delivery is always delayed prankly speaking.
delivery said customer is unavailable well infact there’s always somebody at home and expecting for the delivery, so so disappointed, i am calling the number of the agent but unfortunately he’s not answering the call what kind of service do you have better you change your employee or much better close your company!!!
