It was my first time to be there and not much people due to COVID 19 measures.

I had a great experienced during my first time traveling alone by plane. I flew to Manila from Naga Airport twice. It was great. They followed every safety protocols before I enter the airport and when I arrived.(at first I was a bit emotional because I saw the staffs waiting there for us to arrive.hahaha) I am thankful on how they are making sure everyone is safe. So as a person do your part so it will not hard for them too. God bless everyone. Thank you also to my uncle Marjo Taduran(He is working at Naga Airport) for not leaving my side up until I'm done checking in.
I had a great time in naga and camarines Sur is my favorite place to go there, myself I call it wonderland
This airport was upgraded recently. Back in 2015, it has no facilities like in the photo. It's already beautiful today. Fare of motorcycle is so expensive. If you're bound to Naga or Legazpi, a few walk to the crossing is recommended. There are a lot of buses passing by to Naga or Legazpi. You'll save a lot if you listen to me
It's what you'd expect from a domestic airport. It has been renovated though. It used to be really hot, now its more spacious with better air conditioning. Interior is brighter and cleaner. It can get crowded though when flights get delayed. I hope next time there's going to be free Wi-Fi. Data connection from Smart is at 4G on my phone. More food concessioners would be a bonus.
We are from Bicol and we love to go yearly. we usually go by september because of Penafrancia Feasts'. last sep 2018 we travel by air via clark airport to Naga airport.and it seems not so satisfied with the airport. lack of sign and no tourist information desk. Also, they must provide a proper side walk for commuting passengers.
The airport is small like many other airports in the country. We got our baggages in just few minutes in the baggage claim area which is good. The airport porters have very pleasing personalities. Taxi and tricycles are available in front of the airport.
Deserves zero rating. Improve your costumer service. Teach your staff to be accomodating and helpful. I had a large luggage that was needed to be placed in the xray scanner but none of the strong gentlemen were willing to help me out they were just enjoying the show.
