Aug 10, 2017 my first time to ride PAL heading to cebu. Unfortunately it was the worst 1st experience with this airline for so many reasons. Delayed flight, waited for 30mins inside the airport since they moved the flight from 9pm departure and 10:15pm arrival to 9:30pm to arrive at 10:45pm, but things been worse since we had to wait for another 30mins for the LATE 20 passengers!!! Hello! It's not our fault if they're late. The airline should follow the time of the flight accordingly. So ended up arriving Cebu at around 11pm.
