Originally I was booked in other test center for my life skills test but 1 day before the test was cancelled by the test center for the reason that they need to disinfect the building which I do understand but still I am so disappointed. I spent money for my hotel and airfare just to take the test that's why it is really costly if I couldn't take the test. Luckily I tried my luck to call IDP if I can still booked the same date for my test, Thanks god that they are so quick to reply and very helpful and guide me on what should I do. and I'm so grateful for that. Finally I successfully booked the test and just waiting for the results only. Thanks to the staff who accomodate me. It is really worth to spend time to write a review for this kind of service. Thank you for your service and God bless. #recommended IDP Manila

Very unprofessional. Phone numbers doesn't work. Not responsive to e-mails. I'm just requesting for my results to be redelivered since it was eturned to sender\.

don't take ielts here.. results took forever to be released. calling their hotline is also useless since the line is always busy.. the lady I spoke to, laura, who has a condescending tone, gave me misleading information just to get me off the line

#1 their post is misleading, they do not assist in US university applications but only to Australia & New Zealand. #2 when we try to call for information like appointment only a machine answers and no operator will answer. #3 so we decided to go anyways, as a walk in we had to wait 2hrs so we decided to leave. #4 on top of that, they do not validate parking so parking fee is P250
