I was advised that my headache consultation is not accredited by medcard thats why I was forced to pay 500 pesos for minute of consultation my confusion made me called medcard for verification since I just used my card for the same issue found out that it is pre approved by medcard ...wow that is just what I can say a big WOW

The nurses are very accomodating and looks professional. I just don't like how old the facilities are and how it looks worse than the public hospital. Plus there's mosquitoes flying around that makes you very uneasy to sleep.
My wife had our baby there. I would rate higher if this hospital had a working lift and credit card facilities to pay their invoices. Foreigners are not able to come up with 80,000p in cash because there are daily atm limits on withdrawals, so it was an unnecessary chore to wrangle coming up with the money before my family was allowed out of the hospital. Would also like to see the peeling paint on the walls repaired. However much cheaper option than Medical City.
terrible service. napaka-unsanitary ng paligid. para sa isang private facility ito yung pinakamainit na napuntahan ko. PRIVATE is even a shame for them. mas mababa class nila sa other hospitals mas okay pang magpunta na lang kayo sa public hospitals kesa dito. napaka insensitive ng mga staff at di maalaga sa pasyente. nakakagigil na youre not getting the worth of the money you paid for. I dont really recommend this place EVER. WAG NA KAYO MAGPUNTA DITO.

Di maganda yung service. Nauna ako sa ibang nagpacheckup pero hapon na ng matignan ako ng doctor. Wala ring pake yung mga nurse sa mga pakiusap ko. Dinadaanan lang nila ako kasi wala akong healthcard. Di na ako babalik dito. Super unprofessional ng mga staff nila. Considering na nilalagnat ako at masakit na buong katawan ko di man lang nila ako ina assist ng tama. Nagmamakaawa na ako sa kanila pero wala silang pake. Suuuuuuuper disapointed.
Terrible hospital service. Mukhang pera ang hospital na ito at hindi mo naman makita sa service nila ang pagiging sulit ng bayad mo. The doctor's secretary is rude. Yung doctor darjuan mismo nagdadiagnose ng wala naman ample use of medical instruments. Ni hindi man lang chineck ang patient's temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate at hindi man lang pinakinggang kung may tubig ba sa baga o wheezing sound ang patient to think na tungkol sa respiratory system ang concern ng patient. Napakamahal pa sumingil worth 700! iba pa ang cbc na 300. tapos yung medical laboratory assistant nanonood pa ng telenovela. hihintayin mo siya matapos panoorin ang episode ng drama sa tv. hindi ka nya aasikasuhin hanggat hindi commercial. Napakaunprofessional ng mga tao sa hospital na ito. Napakarumi pa ng paligid dahil sa on-going construction. poor service! not worth your money.
First time ko papacheck up today using my new Hmo, certificate palng meron ako. Ang sabi sa akin nga staff- gusto nila physical card, diba xa makaintindi n dipa na release ang card dahil bago nga, binigay ko policy number ko: ang sabi wala kami panahon tumawag sa mag hmo niyo dahil sa dami ng patients nila. E wala naman patients! Ang dumi ng hospital , kulang sa linis at maintainance!
