Working at One Contact Center has been a blessing to me. The company, its supervisors and even the owner himself gave me a chance to start over again after I was diagnosed with some health problems making it hard for me to continue working on a night shift. The company allowed me to take the break I needed, and supported me through what I had been through. When I recovered (Thank you Lord!), they gave me a wonderful opportunity to still work for them from home. YES FROM HOME! Now, I am currently a full time OCC employee who is working at the comfort of my home. They provided me the laptop, headphone and all that I needed to start working from home. I receive the same salary I have been receiving, and the company still trusts and involves me in the company's goal, marketing and strategy. I could not thank OCC and the management enough for the wonderful opportunity they have given me. My experience just shows and proves that they truly care for their employees. God bless. My father and siblings helped me set up and organize everything so I am truly blessed to have a very supportive family and company!
