Quite possibly the best milk tea you can in the metro. The quality of their pearls isn't as good as other franchises but the milk tea itself tastes is on another level. Delicious and very rich-tasting
Their shop looks nice. The guys behind the counter are helfpul. The pearl milk tea? Nothing special. I do wish they lessen the plastic that they use. They have a plastic cover for the cup. The cover has a small plastic tab. The cup is plastic. The straw is plastic.
Hot weather and the promise of a cool milk tea is enough to bring in the crowd and make it big hit.
Hi! Good morning I would like to report an incident I experienced during a grab order at unimart branch. I accidentally ordered only 1 milktea but I was no longer able to edit the order to make it 3 milk teas for my nephews. Me and the kind grab driver requested kindly for your staff to place the additional order of the same item (which is additional sale for you) but your staff was very inconsiderate and was recommeding to just order again or cancel the order because he is only using your protocols. We know both know that this horrible recommendation from your staff is VERY INCONSIDERATE FOR BOTH THE CUSTOMER AND THE GRAB RIDER due to the fact that it if we requested another grab it will only cause double the charge for the customer whereas if we cancel it will be disadvantageous for the grab rider for all his effort. Please improve the flexibility this order protocol that you have because if the customer just placed an incorrect order and requests for an additional order, this will only bring an additional sale for you and a happy customer, which could have been a win-win situation. However, if you will promote the mentality and inflexibility of your staff who will just continue to refuse additional sales and recommend horrendous solutions that will only be disadvantageous to the customer and the courier, then you will be looking at a bigger problem for your future customers. To note that we are again on MECQ and we continue to be locked within our homes your staff should be MORE CONSIDERATE OF THE SITUATION. They offer good varieties of modern milk tea. Good place to go. They also use reusable tumblers.
Macao Imperial got alot of supporters from the Filipinos. They introduced first and popularized the famous “Cheesecake” flavor. This branch is located inside Unimart supermarket in Pasig and usually packed even on a slack time because of deliveries on waiting. Still, worth the wait in line for a cup of Macao Cheesecake pearl milktea! #milktea
My first tea was cheesecake and pearl milk tea as recommended by my officemate... Large agad para hindi daw mabitin :D Well it did not disappoint me.. I like it because it's not too sweet. Thanks to Grab as well ... I got a chance to try this one without leaving our office... soooo convenient :) :)
