Over the past year she has worked with Functional Medicine Practitioners and Doctors to help clients take back control of their health and understand how best to feed and nourish their bodies. With her training in Functional Medicine Health Coaching and Plant-Based Nutrition, Kay’s approach goes beyond focusing on just one aspect of health. Her programs are designed to help her clients create and execute a health goal that moves beyond their diagnosis. As part of her toolbox, she integrates Functional Medicine, Functional Nutrition and Mind-body Medicine to truly be able to help her clients create lasting change in their lifestyle and nutrition. Kay is also a Certified Pilates Instructor. Her teaching style in Pilates embodies the training and methods of Classical Pilates, BASI Pilates and Eve Gentry’s dance-centric style. Both on the Reformer and the Mat, her classes aim to strengthen the powerhouse and teach you to be aware of every muscle in the body through proper breathing and execution.
