I’ve seen the area and the project and it looks great! Can’t wait to see the final product and will update review as it goes. Being optimistic about the project. The amenities are excellent and location is pretty awesome too!

The condo is accessible and it's a good option for investment. However after we bought a unit, it seems that the construction in progress will not totally follow the amenities we expect. Specifically, infinity POOLS at the fourth floor will be a garden only. Hope the developer will clarify the deceiving marketing strategy they presented to those who already bought a unit.

Not too bad. The project seems ok. I hope Kasara redeems the bad image of Empire East. Changing my 2 star to 3. Their agent AJ, was very good, It's my 1st month with this developer. Their interaction with me overall is improving. They assigned me an account officer who so far has been able to answer our worries and concerns. AJ is keeping his word on keeping us informed. He's done with his job with us but he still keeps in touch. He continues to be our go-to guy and he is a credit to his company. Edit: 3 back to 2. apart from Foreigner tenants smoking and littering in non smoking areas affecting nearby units, Kasara continues to promise infinity pools on posters, banners and flyers. They decided to cut costs and turn the pools into gardens instead. I will not recommend Kasara and any projects from this developer to my friends and family.
