its my parish church no matter how small and without parking... i still love the way it is for as long i can have a quiet moment with God
Always been my refuge. It is near the market and stores at the back side street.
I love my home parish as it is rich in traditions and devotions which was preserved years or even decades ago. I hope people will visit our parish even in special feasts. The preserved culture hopefully will be transmitted to the next generations because its uniquely important. For our patron saint, I am hopeful that there is a push-through or level up to the understanding of his works/deeds. :) I'll add how eager the recent priest-assigned to develop not only internal (Church-based) but also external (Community-based) concerns too, which I say, I have to commend.
Has a big (bigger than life size) Jesus Christ in Crucifix inside.
My hometown. The Church still continues to inspire and teach the word of the Lord to everyone. My hometown is full of traditions, especially during Holy Week. The Senakulo every year is what my hometown is proud of, yearly celebration of Christmas Eve masses, Easter, annual Kasalang Bayan is what's great about the Church. I really hope people visiting Malibay could pass by the church. Lecturers and Lay Ministers are very friendly and accomodating. Before, I experienced 'mass for kids' where little children were the one to act and to dance in front of the people and serves as a lecturer, it's every Sunday at 1500H. Children in white with ribbons performing. It really encouraged children to know more about The word of God if they will be part of it. More blessings to the Church and the whole Community!
Improved architectural acoustics of the church. You can hear the mass clearly even near the doors. Also, newly renovated this time.
