Always overcrowded, there are some nice shops in front of the busses waiting for the travelers and near, very near there is the Macdo and other solutions like 7 eleven if you want to eat, there is a nice 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi if you register on free go Wi-Fi and if you want to stay to sleep there is the Sogo hotel but don't trust to the advertising in the street, once there the price it is always double.

It's a small terminal (5 parked buses). The ticket booth is inside a small air conditioned room that also serves as a cramped waiting room. There's also a waiting area outside mostly for standing up and getting in line for the next bus. There seems to be several bus lines in here but we were here for JoyBus (Genesis). Buying the tickets online & picking them up in the station went smoothly. For a fee, you can even change your reservation for an earlier ride if it's available. The bus was comfy, WiFi & restroom wasn't working, but you get a piece of bread and bottled water.

Genesis Bus Terminal is where you get the Joy Bus up to Baguio. There are several other bus lines sharing the terminal; Genesis is at the very end, past the long lines, and various sari-sari stores. The waiting room is small, about 5 rows of bolted down metal benches. It is air-conditioned, and has a toilet with pail flush and sometimes no water. Expect the bathroom floor to be wet. The guards and the girl manning the ticket desk are nice and helpful though. At terminal entrance, you can get food from McDonald's, Turks, Chow King, or Mister Donut. The terminal is also at the foot of the Taft MRT station, making it convenient to commute. Crossing to the other side of EDSA via the overpass will bring you to a mini mall with more restaurants and stores like National Bookstore and Mercury.

Good if there's no rain. But its very dusty when the day is hot.

When they say they are gonna use TPLEX, it’s a joke, you’ll be surprised you are on some of the highways and worst, picking up passengers making the trip longer. And they stop in Cubao Terminal for about almost like an hour waiting for other passengers, despite having a fixed scheduled trip in Pasay Terminal. Same with joybus. Disappointing!

The stewardess was kind and accommodating and helpful, but the system requires a MAJOR ADJUSTMENT

Why 4 stars? 1. Online Booking 2. NAIA Terminal 3 stop if from Baguio 3. Convenient and Easy Rebooking (given there are a few passengers) 4. Notifications are prompt via SMS if there are vehicle/fleet breakdown They still need to improve on their stewardess courtesy.
