We arrived with a reservation for a minivan with automatic transmission. They said they had no minivans or cars left that had automatic transmission. They then referred us to another company nearby who said they would match our price for a minivan with a sedan, i.e., we had to pay the same price for a car as we would have had to pay for a minivan. The Budget office was not helpful at all in trying to get this price lowered and just let us know we had no other options so we should go with this. We realize we were renting near Christmas time, but still, terrible experience and terrible support from Budget staff.

DO NOT USE this company. Terrible service, booking that has been confirmed online means nothing. They attempt to get another company to supply a car with no guarantee of anything similar. For a Budget company this is terribly disappointing.
Rented a car over billiger-mietwagen.de with their company for 7 days. The car was OK and drove nicely but the rental process at the airport took already more than an hour, and the biggest problem came with the coding in Manila. They couldn't provide a car that was allowed to drive all the days in Manila and they wanted us to go from Valenzuela to ASIA to interchange the car twice! Only with biggest efforts they accepted to interchange the cars at the places where we stayed. Because of the struggles with them I would not recommend it. If they would have provided a friendly and good customer service from the beginning, my review would sound different.
Never again. Old cars
I booked a car with a child seat and the only one they have is broken and totally unsafe. They had no suitable alternative. Otherwise car was OK and staff were friendly.
