This is the first time I encountered a supplier that will put you on blacklist due to request for change of item, though we will replace a more pricey item. They even congratulated our team that we have been blacklisted and even told them that we're wasting their time. Are you for real? They treated our team so rude. To Divine, you're too unprofessional to tell your customer that we're at fault. You're statements are inconsistent. No matter how big or small your customer is, you don't have the right to treat them like that.
Efficient customer service. Replied to my inquiry within the day I sent it. Had in stock a hard-to-find UV tube that I needed. Sent out my order a day after confirmed payment. Very happy with their service. Will buy from them again when I have a chance.
Poor cable quality. I bought cables from them and its faulty. Wont recommend this. Waste of money. Staff are unwelcoming. Unconsiderate to customers.
