San Hou Heen offers authentic Chinese hotpot with a wider and better selection of soup base compared to other local Chinese restaurants. For those looking for szechuan mala soup base, this is one of the places to go. It is strong and spicy. Hotpot food selection, however, is limited. We ordered beef, fresh shrimp balls, vegetables, fish head, and noodles. Items are priced individually. No set menus or unli buffet. It is pricey. The exterior and their ad photos look so nice but when you enter, the place is quite ordinary. Staff is courteous, polite, and attentive. Good service.
