Just talked now to Sir Robbie and a girl that called (sorry forgot the name) from PHLPost Parañaque. They have one of the best customer service from a government office i have ever experienced. Very accommodating. Very polite . Very helpful. Very good people.

Received my parcel from US intact! Was worried about being asked for exorbitant fees but no - just 120pesos parcel fee written on the form. And the best experience was the very efficient service with a smile :-D Kudos to this office! *Parking was enough for about 15 cars. The industrious guard will help you.
I encourage all of you to try to send some LETTER! I know it's old, but receiving a letter personally is the best feeling anyone could think of. The postage fee is Php. 14. Support our Postal System in the country. Godbless guys! (P. S. I'm not aware of the package system here, I suggest that visit their website for the postage fee)

Poor response, u should give notice either a call or letter, regarding our package and ur landline always not in service, dont u have any other way to contact ur office!!!
I went here earlier today for the first time to pick up two packages. The service was very fast. It only took me 5 minutes to check and pay for the two packages. Well done! In terms of going here, it's a bit traffic since it's on the way to the airport along Sucat Road. They have ample parking space, and all windows are manned.
They never answer in their landline number.
