Overall experience as a resident for the past 10 years, it has been constant ever since. No improvement, everything is unorganized and will leave you waiting for hours whatever purpose that may be. If you try using the restroom for the urinalysis, you'll find it full of items from the people working there. There are assorted furniture and looks like their own house. They eat there and basically do everything inside which i find very unhygenic. There's a pandemic going on and they still go with their old ways. Very disgusting. I hope the mayor inspects that though. 2/5.

Assessor's office is open at 8 am. There are people very helpful to guide you for your requirements. It is almost excellent processing except that the guide to go to treasury for payment is not accurate. The guide should inform those for payment must go to the central billing section which is located between the first and second building (this was an open area before renovation). No billing, no service at Treasury, so best to line up at the billing section first.
Very bad experience... Not accomodating. No social distancing. POC in releasing left without notifying..
Very good organizing payment facility in sports center for social distancing. Very good support of employees to guide tax payers where to go, next procedure, payment, etc. Very professional Service to tax payers. Kudos to mayor Olivarez' leadership. Free calendar 2021 too.
5 hours na pila just to pay property tax. 1 cashier for hundreds of tax payers. Such a waste of time. They need better planning. We deserve better service.
Paranaque has a great Mayor dept heads men and women of Yeshua El Shadai
Expect traffic .Hard to find parking. Place needs lots of improvement. The taxpayers deserve more.
