Our dog came back well trimmed and super clean but store opened 45 mins late . Booked another appointment for 12.00 02/13/2020 when we arrived 5 mins early sign in widow saying back shortly sent text at 12.15 saying we were waiting but no response very bad service will not go back again. We waited 40 mins outside store, never again'

The haircut isn't even. The ears aren't cleaned properly and the nose too. Not very satisfactory for the amount I paid for.
