Really bad experience recently. I'm expecting a mail last December 26, 2018 from my credit card company. I changed address because at that time we transferred from Cainta to Taguig. They delivered to the old address and i called several times to have it delivered to my current address. My credit card company advised they have already informed Air21 and it only requires 7 business days to have it redelivered. The mail reached the Makati Office January 12th and my mail is not delivered still as of today. Very very poor service Update: as of today January 22, 2019, my card is delivered yet adn cutomser service os not picking up
