If you love pancakes or a good meal, this place is like an oasis in an otherwise exhausting mall. However, it can get crowded during peak hours, particularly on weekends, so keep that in mind. I suggest pairing their world-famous pancakes with strong, brewed coffee and milk. Black is nice, too. For those with a hearty appetite, you can't go wrong with set meals. Try the ones with hard shell taco. Their milkshakes are super thick and to-die-for. If you have foreign friends who are not ready to try local cuisine, you can take them here. Staff can get busy (or forgetful, I don't know) so asking for the bill might take a while. I don't recommend this particular branch for folks who are in a hurry.

The foods were really nice. No question on that (although their mushroom soup seems "different" compared to what i always have since im a regular customer but not on this branch.) Apart from my mushroom soup, all foods were good. 3 star though because the customer service is very poor.
Overall, we were well pleased with all the dishes we ordered except for the milk tea which Pancake House can improve further. So yes, we had a good lunch date and you'll definitely see us eating at Pancake House from time to time.
Awesome tacos! Had my very first pancake house date with my girlfriend here. Will always be a special place from now. Not that I am biased but the place does serve decent food and even though in the middle of a crowded hot spot for people, this place is quiet and cozy.
Very busy. Took over 20 min to get our food. I had classic pancakes and bacon. Flavors were very good. Prices were very reasonable. Service was just okay. We had to ask for our several times because other tables that sat after us got their food first.
Was a yummy place for an American trying to find a yummy breakfast or hardshell tacos if he's missing home. Coffee was brewed not powder. The service does kinda bite. The waitresses acted as if they hated your every request. Other than that, the food was amazing as close to home.
Super slow service, food arrived one at a time with 10 min intervals in between. Bill took almost 30 mins to arrive after we requested for it. If you value your time, don't go here

Before I'm avid customer here Friendly staff from management to service crew They became my favorites Sadly they're moving to a better job most of them Service is great and so the food back those days Lol its been 4 years......since then no visit.... Actually, I never realized I almost memorize the Menu but they change it and put some new dish Missed pancake with Cadbury choco phase out Just hoping they improve service and food Since its now under Maxs......hope food taste good again and so the services. Btw my kids grew up with Pancake house Now they aren't kids anymore They miss the old pancake house recipe
