Absolutely phenomenal, scary, pitch black underground river adventure. The tour guide is knowledgeable and careful of guiding us through the cave. Extremely exciting and wonderful experience. The boat ride was fun, tourist visit are limited each day so you have to schedule ahead of time. Be careful of monkeys grabbing your staff. Please leave no trace, so that the next visitor will also enjoy same experience as you do. Highly recommended to take a lot of photos and videos.

An underground river in the area which is having rich flora and fauna and was acclaimed new7wonders of nature. You can access that river on boat and see all the dark beauty of the cave. World heritage of environmental sites in Philippines. Bata are hanging inside the cave and fishes are in abundance. It has rich ecosystem.

Words can't describe how beautiful it was and is certainly a must see when you head to Puerto Princesa. Deep underground on the island of Palawan in the Philippines lies the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park. Both a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature, it’s the world’s longest navigable underground river and makes for an exciting experience in one of the Philippines’ most popular islands. The clicking of bats and the echoing drips of water are the only sounds you hear. Even the journey to the cave itself is worth it: you’ll enjoy a scenic 20-minute boat ride across the sea, An audio guide is available on most tours and provides lots of scientific information about the river and the caves (as well as atmospheric music).

One of the most beautiful experiences I went on whilst in the Philippines. Took the full day tour from my hotel and was not let down from the moment we were collected until we were returned home. Words can't describe how beautiful it was and is certainly a must see when you head to Puerto Princesa.

Unesco World Heritage Site, so visited. Not the best experience, not fun, it seemed to me all the Filipino people were easily 'brainwashed' into seeing things in the rocks that clearly did not exist (ie nativity scene of Jesus?) Maybe do some more research than we did and find your own way there, the tour group takes all day of waiting.

such an amazing experience !!! very impressed with the underground river and beautiful cave. You will ride a boat into dark cave and they will give you an audio device to guide you along the way. boat operators will give a glimmer of light every time we arrive at a unique stalactite and stalagmite. and ... he also entertain us with few jokes. worth to visit and it is so fun.
