The fried chicken was not fresh. It looked and tasted as it was reheated. I would not eating here when there are other options so close.

Food was generally similar to regular KFC branches. But service here was the worst KFC BRANCH I've been to. I asked for a hot water so i can clean their dirty utensils but I was told they dont have. I also asked for a straw but they have none also. They claim to have gone paperless but they should at least clean the glasses properly The store was poorly ventilated and the crew repeatedly dropped the plates, utensils and even chairs while cleaning the floors. the flies were too many The crews' attitude needs to be improved. They just ruined my quick lunch. Sure to be in my black listed stores from now on.

KFC (near Puregold) --- Order was made before 11 am. I did follow up at 11:45 am since they told us it takes about 40 minutes. It's already 1:30 now .. no sign of deleiver.. I called them but customer rep couldn't explain why and just told me she'll contact the delivery person. This is so frustrating as we only have an hour lunch break . Hope KFC management takes their customer feedback seriously and do something about this.
