The place is a bit dim, missing lightning in hall ways...Electricity bill is too high, partly due to the building use of SUB-meter at Php 16/kw instead of regular meter. CR is dirty, No Water in the Urinals, There is a surveillance camera inside , so be careful when unzipping. Elevator is a cheap brand, takes too long to move up and down, door shuts automatically even if you had a hand on the opening. The owner is rude, sarcastic and discriminates on tenants.
