The loweat price hardware in town without compromising the quality of it's products. You can also get additional discount just talk to the owner, Mr. Nelson, and he will assist you as a VIP customer. This is the most soth hardware in Angeles if not here in Pampanga. You can find almost everything here in NCR!
Customer service disaster. Waited nearly an hour for small order. Tried to self serve but was reprimanded for touching display items. Lots of staff doing nothing while the 2 cashiers were overloaded. Long queue of agitated customers. Not hard to fix with a bit of common sense and retail know-how. Can only assume they have seen off any competition otherwise they would surely have no customers left with that level of service.
Extra slow service
I was new in that place, asked what I am looking for after they offered me a seat. I told this guy what I am looking for, draw it, explained it to him what might it look like; and all of a sudden he to told me to go to (he uttered a name of a place) that place; and you know what, I got what I need! Thanks!
