The nice experience that I had at first and my satisfaction with my vehicle has gone horrible because of their aftersales. First, my sales associate no longer care after the sale transaction is done (Esp. I did it in Cash trans.). Secondly, service advisor has 0 customer service skills and no idea in basic vehicle troubleshooting. When I bring your vehicle over for PMS, he just sked you to sign and doesn't even bother to tell you what had been done to it. Lastly, the 3 years promised warranty was cut short to just 22 months. Seriously???

My Sisters from the US decided to replace the old service vehicle of our parents. True enough, I was tasked then by my sisters to facilitate the purchase of Suzuki Ertiga 2020 GA model. The transaction happened so fast and that for only a week, my parents finally received the new unit on Oct. 3, 2020. We are very grateful for the swift assistance of Ms. Jessica Reyes of Suzuki Naga City. The latter adapted so well under the so called new normal so that all transactions are consummated via social media and phone calls. Moreover, my parents only appeared twice for payment and actual claim of the unit. Very convenient for senior citizens. Suzuki Naga Thank you very much.
