Small but stable company. Not really that popular around the area unlike other big BPO within the same area but they are in-house company so account getting pulled out is impossible. From recruitment, hr to operations they are so accomodating and friendly. The operations are kinda small but its okay. Pantry area is also small wish they can expand it a bit.
A small company that provide the customer service for TCL, I applied there, they test my typing speed telling that I have to type what I read in the monitor.. Everywhere people make copy and paste and call it \template\. This is the most stupid way how to test the speed typing. Of course I didn't pass it even my average typing speed as chat supporter is about 70 words a minute, when you receive an email you will never write what you receive. So this test it is fully stupid and not useful for to see if one applicant is fast Typing or not. Even that when they open for my language (I applied for another language) they didn't contact me. They are not professional by the way. The building was under repair and old or looks like so when I was there. The brand looks like a cheap China product, while they are proud of the 4k TV, Samsung is going out with the 8k..this is the difference.

Bad experience with this brand i do have android rv kaso isang taon oalang 3 times na nasira and pinalitan ng bago after 1 yr and 3 montjs ayun sira na nman ysk waste of money sayang 23k mu kung laging balik sa technician ang isyu nakakapagod pabalik balik paulit ulit lng ang issue
