The path going to the station isn't paved, not wheelchair friendly, unless you will be coming from Starmall Metropolis Alabang entrance. Nevertheless, accessible to all who wants to use this public transportation.

It's different experience... Best part : discipline of passengers and station staff..... People stand in queues, follow rules, wait for their turn, speak softly. Strange things : station is too small, no seating arrangement or waiting Hall, no water, no toilet, no fan.... Ticket windows opens just half an hour before the train arrival till the time, have to wait outside the railway platform. PNR journey is very cheap in compare of buses and other mode of transports. PNR train frequency is also good.

I can see that they follow the safety protocols. Wearing face mask and face shield and social distancing

22SEP2020 6am The station is just behind Starmall Alabang. The place is bare type open air. As of now I can see that the minimum health standard protocol is strictly implemented so there is a long line.

During this time, only 30 can be inside the train. You have to wait for another 1 hour if you missed the batch.

Newly renovated train station, look like construction is still on going. Last stop of the frequent and only train starting from Tutuban. Many food stalls around.
