I purchased a replacement part for a Ranger which i even pointed out personally to Russ, the guy from their parts counter. Sadly, he gave me the wrong item so i had to return it and demanded for a refund. Russ told me that the process would take 2 to 3 weeks so i waited and revisited Ford Alabang hoping for the refund few days ago. I was attended by Rachelle who was so nice and even worked her way out to talk to their accounting department regarding my concern only to receive a message from her today that i needed to present a deed of sale since the car is not under my name. I was not informed previously only asked for the collection receipt which I mentioned lost already as Russ already prepared all the documents i needed to claim the refund. I don’t have the deed of sale because i am just an authorized user of the vehicle and i do not intend to buy a Ford. Never in my life. I just had to attend to the damage thus buying the replacement part from them. With how things are going, you would feel that they do not want to give the money back and it is only P2,400. By the way, I was also informed by Rachelle that i cannot get the full amount as they are charging 10% as processing fee. I ended up asking for the item back since there is no way i can get my money. Please see attached photos. Guys, go get your parts somewhere else like Thunder, Bestford etc etc....they are more reliable. Sharing this so you know what to do when you get into the same trouble.
As usual excellent service, best customer experience and satisfactory handling by service advisor - RUFFA. Kudos to her as she even went above and beyond to arrange drop off for me to Festival mall once I left my unit plus she was constantly informing me on the status of my unit until complete of the PMS. I am highly satisfied with the service of Ford Alabang.

The place is clean and the staff are very kind and approachable.
Choose Caren as the Service Advisor. She's efficient. Just check the estimates because casa standards add extra things that are just nice but not necessary.
Very clean and spacious. Waiting area is comfortable. There is a big TV displaying movies while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. There are toilets available too, very clean. The staff is friendly and available for any queries. Only one thing that disappointed us was that our second appointment (previously scheduled) was changed because the person who booked it while we were there paying for the first service, didn't do so or didn't note it down properly, thus we ended up receiving a call few days later that there was no space on the day we agreed on. Is not a major issue, absolutely not, but we had to reschedule other personal matters around it twice. Thank you.
