Worst customer service. They will just transfer you right away even you're still talking. Worst emergency care unit. When my dad had a heart attack they did not entertain him because his health card doesn't cover asian my mom even had to shout that she has money to pay for them to take care of my dad. Worst Ultrasound, doctors always in a hurry to check you as if you paid only 100 pesos for the service. Incorrect lab result of my UTI. Please do yourself a favor and go to a different hospital. Do no be fooled by their good interior!
Clean, First class hospital.
Was admitted after a serious car accident about a year ago. Had dual right femur fractures, bilateral ankle fractures, left open and complicated, pelvic fracture, and thorax trauma. Excellent treatment, 4 orthopedic operations very well performed, great care of risk factors and post traumatic hyper tension that resolved, and pleural exude. Released after 4 weeks, another 6 weeks in wheel chair and then I have been training. No limping, no pain, can run, almost completely recovered (I assume there will me a bit of remaining small impairments) and very satisfied with the operation results. It was not an easy repair.
Really bad customer service. Could not get through to department I requested to be connected to. They just put you on hold forever. It has always been like this. Reflects on management. If they cared enough they would fix this.
Very inefficient ICU care. Doctor was not so clear about the status of my grandmother, so we could not decide in what to do until it was too late. Even transferring her to Palliative care is so inefficient. We have been waiting for an entire day to get her transferred and see her and yet there is still no action regarding her transfer. I do not recommend this hospital. Go somewhere else
Good doctors and clean hospital. Feel very well taken care of here.
