The hotel needs to be refurbished. The theme is nice. However, the rooms are quite small. The bathrooms are rusty. The hotel beds are only supplied with two pillows. The property is not bad nor is the pool area. It’s just the rooms that need updating. I noticed that they seldom practice covid 19 protocols. I don't think all linens are sanitized in a high-temperature wash. Face masks should be required for guests in public areas. Face masks are required for staff in public areas. Their Floors should be marked for social distancing. Hand sanitizer should also be available to guests & staff. Of course, staff should be required to regularly wash hands. Regular temperature checks for staff. Contactless check-out .24-hour minimum vacancy between guests should do. Overall the price here is quite costly for a non-upscale resort.

Excellent place for company team building and for seminars/trainings.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The beach is 15 min driving and they offer free shuttle to the beach. The food was ok,nothing special. Recommend if you want to disconnect from the city.
Let me break this down for you: ( positive) (- negative): Beds are okay. You get 7 beds per room. -Room intercom not working. -No internet connection. -Pools are small. -One out of two (small) Jacuzzis is working. Available 7pm - 12mn only. -Free breakfast is silog only. They are already prepared and cling wrapped per plate. You don't get to choose your silog. They just put them on your table. Airconditioning is okay. -Cable has very limited channels. -Limited food available. You'd go hungry if you did not pack food. -30 minutes away from the beach and it's quite the drive. Long and steep roads. -The beach (La Salle Beach) is not well maintained. You see trash and leaves floating on the water. -Playground for kids is not maintained. Hazardous for kids. One trampoline is broken and they did not even bother to put a sign on it. We drove 2 hours to get here and the only thing we really enjoyed are the rooms.
I've went here I think sixth or fifth time this was a good place to conduct activities or team buildings and many amenities to access, very "INSTAGRAMMABLE" places and always had free complete meals.
