Had our team building here. While I enjoyed 2D1N with my colleagues, this place is kind of a let down. There's only 1 pool which is 4 feet deep. The beach front has littered shores. Kind of rocky as well. Not much ammenities. They only have a karaoke machine, small grill and a single-burned stove for rent. Oddly I did not get bitten by any mosquitoes and I wasn't wearing any insect-repellanr lotion. The room which we rented is so-so. Has two queen beds, a funny-looking TV monitor w/o remote, an old minibar, a small table and two stained wooden chairs. Window sills were dusty. Comfort room needs cleaning. No bidet. Would be better if: -the rooms and CR were clean. -the rooms had a wall-mounted LCD or LED TV with cable. -the resort had decent wifi -bigger pool -cleaner function/common areas. -it has a billiard table.
This is not to be confused with Alpina Dos Beach Resort which is a few more meters away. We got the group room that's good for the people. 2 doubled sized bunk beds. There is only 2 electrical outlets. One is being use for the tv and refrigerator . The room is rather small. The bathroom has seen better days, although water pressure is nothing to complain about The pool is rather small and is only suitable for kids. Water in the pool is kinda murky so swim at your own risk. There is no corkage fee so you can bring food and drinks but they will charge P1000 for you to use the stove the whole day. The resort has very limited parking space. They have the strongest outdoor light facing the beach so you can do a night swim at the beach. Also the staff has been very helpful. Weak to No signal for Sun Cellular and SMART.

Frequent blackouts due to electricity supplier being a small cooperative. Water in both CR, lavaratory and pool are all salt water. Location-wise, beach front is not worth it. It has a lot of trash and waves can get violent - not friendly for the kids. During summer, place can get crowded. You may find yourself without a space or table to dine-in. As for the beds, its old you can feel lumps underneath. Pillows are also worn-out. Staff are not attentive. We were able to check out without a staff inspecting the room because there was no one manning the receiving area. We just left the key inside the room and texted our contact to say that we already left. All in all, we wont be going back to this place.
It's got a beach and a pool. But other than that, there's nothing nice about it. The beach is black sand, the pool is about 2 meters by 1 meter and only 4 ft. The rooms are air conditioned, with metal bunk beds that creaked with every movement.
Owner/management of this resort are so kind...
