Update July 4 2020- opens from 9am to 4:30 pm or 5:00 pm. Closed on Mondays- in line with the policy near the market area- GCQ . Clinic is open. Boarding house for pets-closed. 4Pet grooming will take you to fall in line except on some days. They also hve a pet boarding house but today its closed.

I had my cat groomed here (twice) he always ends up having injuries after. They told me it was because of my cat's aggressiveness and yet I never experienced this to other vet clinic (it just happens that the vet where I used to bring my cat was closed) so I asked them about my cat's injuries, and He [the employee] blamed it on my cat and yet he doesn't scratch himself like that (which ends up in a wound). He was scared after we got home. Be accountable for your actions. Save your money because there are other vets out there who could handle your beloved pets much better. You have no idea what your pet goes through inside.
The line is really long and it's on a first come first serve basis. So I don't recommend this vet shop. Such a waste of time. Suggest to improve to include appointment basis

Recently got our cat neutered somewhere else. We noticed bleeding on the wound, called this vet service if a doctor is available since it's an emergency. Over the phone they said yes. We arrived and apparently there was NO doctor available ASAP. We had to wait 10 minutes. These people do NOT understand the meaning of \emergency\ and not a single person has a sense of urgency. Maangas pa yung gwardya.
No decent waiting area for patrons and pet patients. The security guard needs more training on handling patrons and patients alike particularly in getting patient's info.
My pet Pluto got groomed here actually its when we have an appointment for vaccine and we also groom her. The groom told us at first how much we pay when we first brought him here. We said just 250 because he is small dog and no fur. The groom her also asked us when we last groom her here. We said its along time ago. And He did not even said the price or its unclear Malabo ung pricing niya sa dog ko. 420 daw babayad sakanya. So Suspicious. After grooming our dog got many eggs of Thick and fleas. In her feet and in her tummy. OWNERS PLS BE AWARE OF THE STORE YOU WOULD LIKE TO GO AND THE SERVICES. THEY DID NOT WANT US INSIDE THE GROOMING I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DID. I WILL REPORT YOU IMMEDIATELY.
Their service doesn't even deserve one star.
