Too Small land area for container yard though they had been operating here for more than 10 years, there are times returning empty containers and/or pick-up of empty for loading export cargoes is so easy and quick. But, these week it will take you atleast 12hours in queieng outside from c3 road just for entry inside the cy. Once you're in you'll take more than an hour to complete the transactions. Sometimes for those holding an authority to withdraw empty container for export takes a day or two because of unavailability, they have no choice but to wait for incoming empties which will meet their clients containers' condition requests. Been transacting here at least twice a month for more than 5years? And they collect fees for every moves that truck helpers needs to complete their transaction processes, just like many of the container yard here in caloocan and navotas area. And ohh before I forgot those enforcers especially navotas that are too greedy to collect money or else they will issue you a citation tickets (ordinace violation receipt) that is not honored by the LTO office, this how difficult the truckers life they made here in this part of the country.
