Common practice in this place 1. Garbage burning - not so lung friendly -though regular garbage collection is done possibly residents are not aware of the the city ordinance 17-075. Prohibition of outdoor fire & open burning...or nobody has been penalize thus this has become a habit. ( no discipline) 2. Open pipe motor mufflers - this has lessen after 2015 but a few are still using it on the road. 3. Roadside parking - incase of fire or health emergencies access of ambulance..fire trucks might be a challenge
