They said it was first come first serve but they give tickets to new arrived people instead of the people waiting for many hours.
Very unsafe. Drivers tend to overtake on curved roads and exceed speed limit. Can you make sure your drivers are well trained not just in driving but with how to prioritize the safety of their passengers and other motorist
Well this terminal is small place only but plnty of buses can be found here. The management is not really well organized, toilet needs more improvements and of course lounge for the waiting passengers need also to be upgrade
Smoking inside should be banned!! Guards do not care of smokers smoking inside and smokers do not care of people especially children and old people inhaling their smokes!! It is a public place, passengers should be considerate of other passengers and guards should not tolerate violators.
The buses in pasay charges higher fare than cubao
Old school. Not even a contact number to call for inquiries. Huge inconvenience on passengers tryin to get intouch with them.
