it takes me almost 1 week to get my pre-employment medical result.and their schedule is not okey because nurses/staff is always absent.. staff also is not so nice.they have attitude.

I went there for an inquiry if they have a breast ultrasound service and the lady on the front desk is rude and did not even greet me. And she instructed me to go back by Tuesday at 10 am. Good thing that Tuesday is also my day off. When I went by Tuesday (Jan 8) @ 10 am, there are so many patients already. So I asked the guy there If the ultrasound is still available. Sad to say, I am beyond cut off already. I understand but the lady’s information is misleading. She should have told me to go earlier when the place is already open. And she is also rude. I do not know her name but she is fair skinned and her lower teeth have spaces. I hope my concern will be passed to the management. Thank you.
