Newly paved roads, A quiet neighborhood, A couple of Resorts in the area The electrical posts ( Meralco) and telephone posts (PLDT) needs to be improved, and the water lines (MWSS) needs improvements too. The administration of Caloocan city Mayor Oscar Malapitan have done a good job in improvements of the roads inside Novahills.
