The food is great and for its caliber pricewise appropriate. The portions are reasonably sized and the presentation as authentic as I would imagine it to be. If it were for the food alone they would get nearly 5 stars. However... The reason I gave them 3 or even 2 stars is the delay for the food to be served. The last 2 times I was there, we waited over 45min for the entrees to be served. While they were apologetic about the defective burner, I really do not care given that we called to reserve ahead of time and that it was a birthday celebration with children present. They were so hungry they were wiping the plates clean with the bread. They were about to call asleep by the time the entree was served. On top of that, the staff seemed to be overwhelmed, serving the food without serving utensils. This probably was because the owner, who usually is hands on, was not in town. Whatever the reason, they need to shape up before I would consider returning. Or I'll eat somewhere else first to make the wait more bearable.

The food dont suit my flavor
This is my favorite restaurant, the food is absolutely delicious! I've always gone to another Mediterranean restaurant in Manila which is very good and reliable, but Huma is superior. Of course, it's a bit more expensive, but not outrageously so, and the ingredients are very high quality. I can't wait to go back next time I'm near Mall of Asia.
Good food, very nice staff, although servings are a bit small for the price, hence 4 stars out of 5.
Very good food nice atmosphere
Good Choice for Lunch at S Maison...We selected Huma among the great selection of restos at S Maison during an exploratory visit at this recently opened SM High End Shopping/Food experience at MOA. For diners not familiar with Mediterranean dishes the Foto Menu is a good guide for selecting. During our visit there were only a few other diners. Service was prompt and efficient. Good value. The special attention to interior design made the lunch all the more rewarding. The waiter gave us some good tips on what to order on our next visit.

This restaurant i highly recommend quick service fresh authentic food came with the kids and they loved the variety of food will definitely be back also lovley exterior and interior design very clean.
