I guess I expected too much from the deluxe bus. It is quite nice and comfy only if the one sitting next to you doesn't have a newborn baby. :D Our trip is from Cubao to Baguio and I didn't get to enjoy the coach much since the baby is crying almost all the time. I understand this is not Genesis' fault but I sincerely hope they'll consider asking in their reservation if the passenger is with a child or not and have them seated either in the front or maybe at the back but definitely not in the middle. Also the music didn't help either. I hope they just played a family movie instead. The wifi is pretty weak but that's the network's issue. The snacks should improve to atleast an angel's burger or something rather than a rebisco cracker with a warm bottle of water. Anyway, room for improvements. I hope they'll consider my suggestions. :)

Enjoyed our joybus ride to Baler. Confusion was this guy carrying one of our bags saying he knows where Genesis is but then wanted money. We said no and he finally went of. The joybus ride was very pleasant, a bit cold from the a/c. We got a biscuit, blanket and water and the bus left on time. Took a half an hour longer than 6h promised but it was okay. You can book Joyride through the website or show up for the Genesis bus.

Clean, spacious terminal. But not enough ventilation. Get inside the bus and don't wait for too long outside!

Joy Bus Deluxe IS the best, fastest and most comfortable way travel to Baler or Baguio. seats are very, very comfy! it reclines far back and a leg support props up to let you sleep comfortably. the trip doesn't make stops bec each bus has its own toilet onboard. each passenger is allocated a pillow and a blanket and given a pack of biscuit and a bottle of water. booking, seat selection is available online and do give up calling their hotline as no one among the office staff intends to answer the eternally ringing phone. travel tip: bring snacks and beverage and bring a jacket as the bus can get really, really cold.

The best bus from Manila to Baguio. But the ticket is usually sold out very soon. You can check the schedule as the photos that I uploaded here, I hope they can help you to choose your ticket

The service was good but we accidentally left Shoes on our way to Baguio then Pasalubong going back to Manila but both denied as not seen by the Bus Stewardess. I was told Genesis has issues but I still tried I should have not book with them as with Victory Liner they said even if you left something for days you can still claim it. Poor Genesis I will never use you again

Convenience has a price. Comfortable, wide seats and a non-stop bus straight to Baguio city in 5 or 6 hours! Never riding another bus again.. just make sure you don't get seated nearby kids
