I would like to feedback on my visit at this dental clinic yesterday. I was In pain, I searched online then I saw this dental clinic. I’m very disappointed with the treatment received in this dental clinic. Firstly, my appointment was fixed at 2pm. I rushed to the clinic afraid I’ll be late for the treatment. Surprisingly, when I reached there at 2pm, there was a patient before me in the queue. Doesn’t that mean it is a double booking? What is the appointment system for when the Dentist make you wait for an hour? If you have a walk in customer before my appointment, aren’t you supposed to make it after my treatment? Secondly, I feel disgusted when the Dentist touched many other things while in the process of treating me. One of it was an envelope coz she was trying to show me an example of an X-Ray film. Then touch her cellphone without taking out the gloves. As a Dentist, hygiene should always come first, how can you use the same gloves to put into my mouth while treating my toothache? Thirdly, the equipment for mouth gargle sprayed all over my face and clothes instead only my mouth. Then just put on my chest the equipment she used like dental scaler. Just want to share my experience.

Nag pa dentist anak ko kanina after lunch, prior to that eh nag ask ako how much then nag sabi xa n mag start s 1000... I understand kse need bayaran ang hazard fee kse pandemic now highly risk ang saliva ng tao at baka may covid19 so sabi ko sige ok lang... Then nag txt ang son ko sinabi n 1200 daw kse lalagyan ng anesthesia, so sige nlang ok na.. Then nag message sakin ang anak ko after nya mapastahan 2500 daw for 1 single pasta nawindang ako ng sobra... Need ko n bayaran kse natapos n, no choice nko pero installment kse kulang na ko ng pera sobra
