What a great place to go with your family and friends if you want to experience adventure here in Mayong Payong. For only 30 Philippine peso entrance fee you can take advantage of the beautiful view from above and you can breathe fresh air and clean environment. For transportation, you will just spend 50 Philippine peso from beneath to the top and the estimated cost is 100 pesos not including the fare from City to Mobo. But if you want to save money, and enjoy hiking it is good to go early in the morning with companions and walk to the top of the mountain. Without any regret, you will witness the wonderful sight especially if you are a Nature Lover.

No words can say how beautiful the place is,
Been here twice. I will always visit this place every time I go home to Masbate. I remember the first time i went here, there was like a meteow shower. I saw several falling stars and I made a wish. That wish came true. So, Mayong Payong is a magical peak to visit. You can stay here, morning until dawn. It is clean. Peaceful. And beautiful. Entrance fee was around P20.00. You can walk, or rent a motorcycle to climb up. The view from the top is really amazing. Be sure to go during summer.
What a place. Very calm and serene. I highly recommend you hike with your friends and family here and have fun. All we do was hike early in the morning, around 6am, for the sunrise and you'll have the best view of Masbate City and Buntod Marine Sanctuary from the hill top. The place was under extensive improvement as on our last visit so it'll more accommodating for the next further visits, they currently have a little pool under construction.

Road to Mayongpayong is exciting for dirt bike but quite difficult for scooter bikes. The place is a perfect spot to view sunset and the 360 view of nearby town from its viewdeck. Since its location is very strategic, I think sunrise at the sea horizon is amazing to watch as well.
Yung way papunta is a bit scary but after you reach the top, all the tireness will get away just ensure that you rode the bike na ikaw lang pasahero para safer #littlebaguioofmasbate
