You could have offered me store pick up kung ayaw niyo mgdeliver sa lugar namin. The transaction was made on your website and paid by card. It went through kaya ibg sabihin kayo lng ang ayaw mgdeliver dto meycauayan lang kasi kung undeliverable sana sinabi n ng system di ba? Tapos savi nyu within the day maprocess refund pati customer service niyo ilan beses ko tnawagan. Kung hindi p ako tumawag kinaumagahan hindi niyo pa naprocess at walang makapagsabi kelan marerefund? Tapos sabi 30days! Wow cgeh hintayin ko 30 days kapag wala pa babalikan ko talaga kayo dyan sa store niyo. Posted un transaction sa statement ko kapag hindi narefund yan humanda kayo. Very poor customer service. Ang hassle ng ginawa niyo. Hindi niyo pala alm process ng refund manager na mismo nagsabi di ba sana nagpa store pick up nlng kayo eh di sana hindi ganito ka hassle. Kung meron lng negative na rating binigay ko na. Very poor customer service. Sasabihin niyo lng mam antay po isang buwan.
