Was scheduled by the Doctor for follow up check up on November 17 @ 5pm. We arrived on time. Lo and behold, clinic is closed. Wasted time, effort and money getting here. Thanks Doc! Another proof that Hospitals like these are better off closed down when they have Doctors like that.

I had a terrible experience with this hospital. I was diagnosed with UTI and my lower back pain was killing me and was rushed to the ER. The nurse in the reception with the short hair was rude and doesn't really show empathy. I told her that it was hard for me to breathe because I was dehydrated and was asking for a water. She responded irritably and just shouted at me. Most nurses just kept chitchatting loudly and laughing with each other while patients are in pain. Very unprofessional. And they didn't really explain the cause of my UTI. They just prescribed some medicines. I don't recommend this hospital at all. Nurses are short tempered and has bad manners especially the short haired female nurse. They just do it for the money and doesn't really care about the patients.

Worst Hospital in Marikina. My brother was diagnosed Friday night of Appendicitis. At that night, we are advised that he needs immediate operation as per the doctor that we all agreed upon. Just a few minutes later, the nurse called us to advise that there is an OPERATING ROOM SURVEILLANCE (IF THERE ARE SUCH) and that they cannot proceed the operation. We are asking for referral or at least to transfer but there are no help \malasakit\ from this shady hospital. You are supposed to save lives from emergencies, not to prolong the agonies of the patients. I discourage those who are considering medical trratments from this HOSPITAL.

Attending doctors doesn't show hope. Worst decision to have my mom sent here for emergency. Coming in at around 4 in the morning due to a stroke, they initiated CT scan only 3hrs later that made my mom end up in an ICU. Had they attended to her sooner, clot thinners and/or other more positive outcomes could have been seen. And when we decided to transfer my mom, they made the transfer even more disappointing. They weren't calling and coordinating to the other hospital who were waiting for them over an hour. Had to stay in front of them and watch them call the other hospital to ensure they were doing their part. The nurse/s weren't happy about it. The first hour is very critical for stroke patients, apparently they don't care about that. It has been a year today, and I still wonder what could have happened had we chosen not to give our trust to this hospital. Probably mom is still with us.

Worst nurse experience! My dad stayed in a private room and nurse was rude and incompetent. Not only that she had attitude but also did a lot of mistakes. Here are some examples: The syringe in my dad’s dextrose kept coming off and blood dripping. We kept asking to fix it. Later she said that she’ll get tape. It’s been more than an hour and she still has not returned meanwhile my dad’s arm blood was still dripping. When we checked the nurse, she was chitchatting with the other nurses outside! When she took the vital, she forgot to take the thermometer out of dad’s armpit (so what vitals did she record?). Medicine/antibiotics were given hours later than scheduled apparently she fell asleep during duty. This was unacceptable! People’s lives are at stake - the lives of our love ones. I hope that this will reach their management so action can be taken!

There is ZERO hospitality in this Hospital. Some staff are TRULY NASTY. There are small cockroaches inside the Room when its supposed to be clean. The room clock stopped and they didn't bother to change the battery at all! Lastly, the WORST PART EVER was when the Elevator girl made me go down the GROUND LEVEL from THE FOURTH FLOOR using the stairs, considering I have just given birth via Caesarian Section. This is a Hospital FROM HELL. I SWEAR. I DONT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO GO HERE FOR MEDICAL SERVICES. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY'LL SURVIVE HAVING A MANAGEMENT LIKE THAT. STUPIDITY AT ITS FINEST.
