Their elevators are a pain in the behind. They had 6 but only 4 are functioning! The long queue tell it all especially during rush hours. Imagine we were in the 21st floor then. Kudos to the security guards who were helpful and alert.

The units are quite good except for their elevators. You have to wait long when going up or down. It kills time.

Slow, small, and hot elevators despite the many tenants requiring the use of these elevators. The rooms are also very small and cramped and no well ventilation, that is, there is not much windows to let air or light in. Moreover, the lobbies in the floors are dark and sometimes smell bad. Stairs also smell bad because of the garbage shute that is sometimes not well-maintained. The guards in the lobby are also very lenient. Anyone can enter, even those who are not tenants. The only redeeming factor in the building was the well-conditioned lobby and also the food concessionaires available in the ground floor.
Worst condominium in the area. Before pandemic, average waiting time for elevator is 15-20 minutes during peak hours. Plus riding it, means total of 30 minutes lost for just riding the elevator. During covid, they limited elevator capacity to just 4 per elevator. And they don't allow delivery persons to deliver to units. So when you order something, the average time (non-peak hours) of going down and going back to your unit is around 40 minutes!!!! Very very poor management with overboarding of units. Staff are nice and friendly, view from unit is nice.
