The bill cost waaaay tooooo much. The landlady and landowner aren't approachable and not accommodating. They should be more polite and friendly too. Utilities sucks. Toilets are always clogged. Aircon doesn't function well so it's barely used. Bad design on aircons too, the exhaust should be outside not inside the building! And they should have an elevator! Small rooms too. Walls are too thin, you could hear the other room's conversation. There's a lot of cockroaches. Needs many improvements if they want to keep the business going.

Not worth the money, the rent would have been fine but the utility bill is outrageously expensive. 510 per head per room for water and 17 pesos per kilowatt hour. Suspicious billing too, feels like you can't trust the meter like it's tampered. You can easily double your rent for a months stay. Alot of road noise since it's beside a major road way. Ambulance at trucks. The room even vibrates due to the heaviness of the trucks passing by. Aircon sucks, doesn't work well. You need to turn it on for atleast 30 min to feel any coldness. Unaccommodating staff, really inconsiderate when it comes to accomodations. Impatient and hot headed. Cockroach infested. Repatched walls which are falling apart. Don't trust the pictures they send, not all rooms look like that. Poor ventilation, the hot air from the lower floors comes up to the higher floors making it super hot for tenants staying there since the aircon units are outside the room not outside the building. Makes you dizzy when you climb up stairs.
