Hello, My name is Charisse Russell and I’m in search of a certain Doctor. I’m not really sure how to go about finding him, but I figured maybe if I post a review about him, I might be able to track him down bc he is the only person I know that would know what happened to my birth mom. I was put up for adoption at the age of 2 1/2 and know nothing about my past. Sadly my adoptive mom passed away in Jan so I never got the real truth about my adoption. The doctor I’m looking for is Dr. Villapondo. And all I know is that my birth moms first name is Lucila. I pray someone can help me. Thank you in advance.

Average hospital. Laboratories are affordable when it comes to price. The worst services are done by the staff and med techs. They could'nt give exact or estimated time of the result. They would want you to wait for the whole day and then they would tell you to come back for another day. Before you want to take results, ask the exact time and day of results or you will be wasting your time.

The place is helping a lot of sick people to be well. It gives free services to the poorest of the poor. To give better services, it is currently undergoing renovations. Going around the premises outside the hospital, it is generally clean and tidy. The many plants and trees make it very healthy in spite of the pollution along Taft Avenue.

PGH is a modern, government-owned, medical facility which serves mostly indigent Filipinos as the services provided are mostly free and low cost. Long queue of patients seeking consultations are formed early in the morning at the Outpatient Dept. PGH also serves as the teaching hospital of the UP College of Medicine.

By and large, most of the fascilities were clean with room for great improvement. The patient's facilities were not at all too shaby. But the toilet and bath looked bad. Keeping in mind that government budgets are tight, presumably. Several of the nurses we came across had very good bed side manners.
