Great security. Well specially for residents. Guards might let you wait if your a guest it would suck for the guests but its a great thing for residents

The security guards here are rude ,being rude is diffrent from being strict. Bastos sila tingin nila sa lahat ng visitor is criminal..

Been there for 7 years . Unrespectful personnel's ... Rules are only apply to some ( depends if they like you or not . And they only like you if you give them something always . If you stop giving . They stop liking .) .. over priced association dues ... For a gym with no equipment . And a pool that you are not allow to have a drink ( coffee or a juice ) beside . And also it gonna be under maintenance every now and then . Elevators are off for nights time. . base on schedule . For every 6 months you gonna have no elevator to your parking for 4montha . After 10pm . And that just applied after increasing the dues and reason is to save cost ! Admin change every year or two . And every new admin gonna apply bunch of new rules .. which some of them is not even possible . Low maintenance . Smelly shooting for garbage . I can't say enough about how much we suffer there .. thanks God we are now in a real condo . With respectful personnels .. don't waste your money in Cityland . Come to DMCI and be respected . Enjoy your condo amenities . Have real gym . Have 3 pool . With lifeguard .a restaurant in lobby with nice place to seat or even have a meeting with a friend . Or go to roof deck and have dinner in roof deck restaurant. And pay 60% less association compare to Cityland . Long story short . I wasted my time and money in Cityland ..
