Nag call ako sa landline nyo, may vouce record na sumagot then nag lead sa akin sa department na gusto ko makausap then nung sumagot sabi wait lang daw, then biglang nag hang. I thought ihold ako for a while, ang bastos lang bigla kang babaan ng phone cellphone lang gamit ko, mahal po ang pag tawag tas ganun lang gagawin

have a nice day mam/sir....sana po ma gagrant ninyo po yong 30k na additional sa calamity loan na offred ninyo para sa mga unang nka grab ng 20k..unfair namn yata yon...kasi yong mga medyo delayed at late ng apply na kakagab ng 50k samantalang kami 20k lang...same nman yong situation natin..i hope and pray na magawan ninyo ng paraan yong equest namin..we are loking forward for your possitive response...tahnk you and god bless po..keep safe !!!!!

Hindi nagaupdate ng payment at kapag nirefund yung pera pahirapan at kulang pa. Ayaw din nila mag-issue na ng SOA for GFAL sana. If you have other choice na pwede pagloanan like City Savings/China Bank or PLIs doon nlng kayo. Mas maayos din servc ng City Savings as per experience ko. Ipabuyout nlng yung balance sa GSIS at least yun online natatrack mo pa yung payments mo.
